Naturally, this post shall be instructive, practical and hands-on. Like they promise when you sign up for one of those “practical” Masters’ degrees while still in undergrad for fear of the unknown. Or was that just me.
Anyway I don’t have a degree in raising children in Paris. In fact, I’ve only been taking a wild, flailing stab at it for the past 2.5 years so please excuse the rather baby and toddler-focused ideas and any other gross misjudgements I may be making on your behalf.
People often ask me if I consider Paris to be a kid-friendly place. The answer is both yes and no. Being a city that contains multitudes, one of its specific eccentricities is that it is very much a kid-friendly and kid-unfriendly place at the same time.
