I have been reading Becky's substack since it's inception (don't even know how I stumbled across it) but as an elder of hers by a few decades, she has a point of view that is relatable to women of all ages IMO. I obviously can't relate to many of her pieces but when I read between the lines, there are nuggets of style wisdom in there that have really helped me curate my wardrobe and style.
Then when we were in NY a few weeks ago, I saw that she was hosting an event at the Versace store so I told her I would stop by. (I am not a Versace girly but she found the one thing that would have worked for me from the men's collection). Genius. Not only that, she is a delightful and warm human being. I was introduced to some of her fashion friends who were just lovely also. Heartwarming and a
nice reminder of good people in the world! Great interview and writing. My new-ish hobby (in my latter 60's) is reading Substack and fashion ones especially. I live a pretty active but food and cooking focused life in Lake Tahoe so this is a nice diversion. Thank you!
Becky's son affecting the most to her style describes my thoughts 100%! Weekend playdates and extra long stroller walk while he's napping requires an extra thought for outfits
I don't relate to her outfits (already have my own look... I'm old!) but she's so super-cute and has such an adorable attitude to fashion... not intellectual, not neurotic, just charming and fun.
I think we all want to see Becky renew her vows in this Marc Jacobs look! Someone find it!
My favourite questionnaire so far! Becky just seems so down to earth and clever
Totally. She is!

One hundred percent- so glad she said it!!
Big Becky Malinsky fan over here! Thanks for bringing us the goods, M(A)DLV.
So good!
I can totally see Lenu in you and your references! Great interview 👏🏻.

Impressively un-neurotic I agree. And FUN! What ever happened to fun?
